The Best around. No more ig?Great experience and employeesfire weedAny Social media?I like the Maywood location cuz they always answer their phone. whats up with the Santa Ana location they haven't answered their phone for like a month it seems. Closed down? or no one goes there so no staff? last visit one person was operating both stores.

Worst dispensary security I have ever experienced. My ID sell off counter and the guy said I threw it at him and wouldn't let me in. I spend LOTS of money there and have never had issue. I actually thought he was kidding at first. In no way did I throw it at him. The counter top is glass and it slid off my accident and fell near his tablet. He flipped out. I asked to look at the video surveillance to show I Indeed did NOT throw it at him and they would not. Because he knew he was wrong. Now am banned. Who cares. No good deals at this place anyways. Plenty of shops around. Maybe next time teach come customer service to the front desk security. Don't go here!!!

Wow! What a fantastic experience here at this dispensary. Sarah was very nice and helpful at the front desk. Coming in, it was clean and neat inside the medicine room. Dane was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Felt so welcomed and part of their crew. Even the security guard was super nice and helpful. The customer service here was so amazing that you just want to keep coming back. John rang us up and was so cool. Very helpful with our orders. Everyone was just so genuine. Thank you Cookies crew for showing what real customer service is supposed to be.

My husband and I just went to Cookies and... OMG! We felt the welcome before we reached the front door. The atmosphere was incredibly nice... We ended up buying the Gary Payton prerolled just to try it out. Friendly customer service! We also went on the side of clothing apparel... Michelle, welcome my husband and I ... very informative on the merchandise. We've been to Tropicana and Medman and on the level of Customer Services Cookie wins hands down.
